About this wine:

We took Cabernet Sauvignon, crushed it, fermented it, and filled two previously (and locally sourced) bourbon barrels.

The result is a wonderfully smoky and caramelized cabernet sauvignon that develops flavors of crème brûlée as it ages.

We source new bourbon barrels for each batch then sell the bourbon barrels when we're done with them.
