This Chardonnay is lightly oaked, slightly buttery, and a nicely balanced wine. This wine is sure to please many Chardonnay drinkers and mild enough for those that avoid Chardonnay wines.

We felt it was time that our vineyard pups have a wine named for them. Our winemaker Mike Appolo named this wine Besties knowing well that people would also read Beasties. Either way, the name works.

Sam (the boy) and Sage (the one-eyed girl) protect our vineyard from turkeys and other pests. They are very smart and loyal pups. They have been here in the vineyard since they were only a few weeks old.
 
They really our our best friends and best friends to one another. You can often meet both of them in our home vineyard in Derry.
