Beer Pairing Menu
Most of these pair nicely with wine too!
Join us for a special a la carte menu from Chef Chase with beer pairing options through our beer loving team and a few suggestions from our Sommelier, Mel. Food options from $12 to $35 on this menu.
If you're not a fan of the specials menu, not to worry!
We will have recommendations on the beer pairing for our regular menu as well which will be available for this event.
Beverage service will be added at the time of the meal so you can choose if you'd like to have a beer or two for the entire meal or if you all decide to have a beer for each course and share in that way!

How to Blind Taste Wine
Have you ever wondered how wine experts, sommeliers and wine educators can pick things out of a wine like aromas of flowers, different fruits and sometimes... leather? This class is for you!
Join our Sommelier, Mel, as she walks through the different levels of what a wine professional is looking for when they are assessing wine without knowing what the actual wine is! These are some of the tips and tricks when judging wine, whether you actually like the wine to drink it. It's a class about how the wine was made to be exactly what you taste in the glass right in front of you!
This class will go through 6 different wines including sparkling, white, rosé and red!
The reservation will start at 7:00 for anyone looking to have food prior to the event as food during the event will effect your sense of smell and taste!

AV Wine Bar is partnering with Small Marks Fine Line Tattoo's and Forever Young Solutions to give you some time to pamper yourself with a mid-week glow up! And that could mean many things with this fabulous event...
Come in and see our esthetic professionals for Botox, vitamins, fine-line tattoo's and of course enjoy some wine and food while you boost your glow and confidence!
Raffle Entry at the event to win either a free tattoo or 50 units of Botox! Must be in attendance for the raffle entry.
Prices for individual treatments and tattoos will vary depending on units, procedure and/or tattoo size.

Oysters and Bubbly
Fresh harvested local oysters paired with our bubbly. Full menu is also available for those who would rather watch than participate.
Oysters have always been a classic pairing with sparkling wine. Join us for an evening of bubbles and oysters! Starting at 6:00 pm with the last seating at 8:00 pm. Discover why people say "if it grows together, it goes together" because there is something amazing about the bubbles from our New Hampshire wine when it's paired with seafood from New England!
Beverages will be added at the time of the meal so you can choose if you'd like to have a 3, 6 or 9 ounce pour to pair.
**Average Price for the event has been set at $50 but that will depend on your order** Please note that the meal price does not include tax, tip or beverages.

As many of you know, our largest crop is the earliest to harvest. If you have wanted to participate in a wine harvest, now is the time.
It appears we have enough grapes for both Sparkling (Firefly) and still (Briana) wines this year. This appears to be the largest crop of the last 5 years!
The Brianna harvest and crush is scheduled for both days this weekend! The grapes are golden and ripe! We have removed the leaves, shortened the shoots, and the bunches should be easy picking!
We provide the training and the equipment.
A harvest lunch and beverages will be provided. Please sign up so we know how many will be helping us!
Once harvested, we will crush and chill the grapes then the juice!
